About World Touring Entertainment
Leonid Fleishaker, the President of the Company, founded World Touring Entertainment, Ltd. in January of 1990 as a touring company
that specialized in representing artists (violinists, pianists,
cellists, etc.), artistic groups (orchestras, ballet companies,
choruses, and special attractions), as well as cultural institutions
from around the world in various countries of the Far East.
Some of the internationally celebrated performers and attractions
toured in the Far East by World Touring Entertainment are: Lazar Berman, Efim Bronfman,
Oxana Yablonskaya, Shlomo Mintz, Elmar Oliveira, Vadim Repin, Empire
Brass, the New York Pops Orchestra, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic,
American Symphony, Ballet Internationale, Moscow City Ballet, Black
Mountain Male Chorus of Wales, Russian State Chorus, just to name
a few.
Through the years of touring in the Far East, it became obvious
that it was necessary for World Touring Entertainment to open a bridge of touring to the
American market. Since World Touring Entertainment began producing its own tours in the
United States, the company has two divisions: one that deals with
touring attractions in the Far East (China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea,
Taiwan, Singapore and other countries in the Far East region); and
the other one produces tours of attractions in the United States.
Over the last 6 years, World Touring Entertainment has brought over 500 artists to the United
States, touring in over 40 States around the country.
Today, World Touring Entertainment is not only a touring company that produces international
tours in the Far East, but also a full service management company.
